Pat Englade – Former Baton Rouge Police Department Chief Pat Englade serves as President of the Capital Area Law Enforcement Foundation. The Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2016 following the assassination of several East Baton Rouge Parish local law enforcement officers. CALEF assists local law enforcement departments in purchasing safety equipment and by supporting law enforcement families during times of crisis.
