In 2011 Flynn Foster became the third generation President of the Guaranty Corporation,following in the footsteps of his grandfather, George Foster, Sr. and his father, George Foster, Jr.and now serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Guaranty Corporation and Guaranty Media. In addition, Mr. Foster is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Guaranty Corporation.Under Flynn’s guidance, Guaranty has added digital media and podcast production to its businesseswith the acquisition of Gatorworks, the creation of Drop Biscuit Studios, and several other platforms. Mr. Foster has worked with the management team of Guaranty’s senior living entity since January 2010. Prior to joining Guaranty in 2010, Mr. Foster spent 18 years in the financial services business. He is a 1989 graduate of Louisiana State University.
Mr. Foster is currently involved in the following professional and community leadership activities:

• Baton Rouge Area Chamber (BRAC), Board Member
• Currency Bank, Board Member
Reflecting a long history of service, Mr. Foster has filled numerous roles on various boards including Louisiana Association of Broadcasters (Chairman 2015 – 2017, Broadcaster of the Year 2019), Visit Baton Rouge Convention Bureau (Chairman, 2017), Baton Rouge Area Chamber (Chairman, 2020 & Small Business Council Chairman), ALS Association Louisiana-Mississippi Chapter (Chairman), St. Luke’s Episcopal Day School (Board Member and Major Donor Co-Chair), the Louisiana Arts & Science Museum (Board Member), and the Baton Rouge Detox Center (Board Chairman).
He and his wife Dana have two sons, Landon and Luke.
